Refund Policy

Please try to honestly use our product as directed. In the unlikely events that our formula do not help your condition, you may request for a refund with your order information within 30 days after receiving of the product. Upon receiving our return authorization you have 7 days to return the product by mail with proof of delivery. A refund can be issued only in case the return product reaches us within 60 days from the order date. A refund processing fee of $5.30 will be deducted. The refund processing fee applies also in case of returned unclaimed parcels.

Shipping

All orders are shipped out from Israel within 24 hours of payment clearing, except weekends and holidays, when orders are shipped out first next business day. Items sent in a discreet package by registered airmail. We do not ship to: Bahrain, Belau (Palau), Brunei Darussalam, East Timor, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
