Olive Oil
The health benefits of Olive oil as regular part

Olive oil has anti-inflammatory and
anti-oxidant properties, it revitalizes the skin and increases
arterial elasticity and is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
The Food and Drug administration with
it's decision announce on November 1, 2004 gives the permission to
olive oil producers to place the following health claim on product
labels: "Limited and not conclusive scientific evidence suggests
that eating about two tablespoons (23 grams) of olive oil daily may
reduce the risk of coronary heart disease due to the monounsaturated
fat in olive oil. To achieve this possible benefit, olive oil is to
replace a similar amount of saturated fat and not increase the total
number of calories you eat in a day."
Olive oil is beneficial by treating
gastric ulcer.
Two tablespoons of olive oil taken in
the morning on empty stomach appear to have a positive effect on
chronic constipation.
Olive oil is beneficial during
gallbladder emptying time, and it has a protective effect against
the formation of gallstones.
Olive oil seems to have positive
effect on bone-calcification in elderly because more olive oil
