Acid/Alkaline balance is vital for keeping your body
healthy. In our daily life we don't put enough attention to it.
What is acid/alkaline balance? Acid/alkaline balance
is the pH of the body's fluids, tissues and blood, were pH stand for potential
of Hydrogen, which is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution, such
as a mixture of liquids.
Over acidity can become a dangerous condition that
weakens all body systems. Acidic blood pH levels lead to many deadly diseases

Acidification of the body comes as a
result of three things:
1. Eating too many acidifying foods

in your body.
